- Account and coaching data: retained for the duration of your relationship with TrainerKind plus a reasonable period after closure.

- Health, fitness, and body data: deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after your program ends or upon a verified request, subject to legal holds.
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely destroy or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and (where permitted) deliver marketing. 9.2 Personal Information Collection
We collect the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or other network activity, geolocation data (general, not precise), professional or employment-related information (when you tell us about your fitness profession), audio and visual information from coaching submissions, and sensitive personal information including health and fitness data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16 for sale or sharing.
